Answering the Phone Like a Pro

Greet callers with kindness and direct them to the right person or info

Share pantry and meal times, locker info, or just offer a friendly voice

 

Light Clerical Magic

Help with basic office tasks like organizing papers, updating sign-in sheets, or prepping flyers

Keep things tidy and flowing smoothly behind the scenes

 

Counting with Compassion

Use a clicker (or tally sheet) to keep track of how many neighbors join us for lunch and dinner

Help us report accurate numbers and plan well so no one goes without
