We’re a welcoming, mission-driven team of volunteers and staff who believe that everyone deserves a hot meal served with dignity and kindness. Our Community Kitchen is the heart of Shepherd’s Table—a place where compassion meets action, and where people from all walks of life come together to care for one another through food.
What We Do
In the kitchen, volunteers prep, cook, and serve hearty, home-style meals to our neighbors in need. Some volunteers chop and stir, some plate and serve, others clean up and offer a smile—but all play an essential role in creating a warm, respectful dining experience. No culinary experience is needed—just a big heart, a helping spirit, and a love of working with others.
