Closing Crew – Cleanup Champions
Every great day at the pantry ends with a team of Cleanup Champions who help us reset and get ready for tomorrow!
After the last neighbor finishes shopping, you’ll swoop in to tidy up the space—wiping down surfaces, sweeping up crumbs, taking out trash, and making everything sparkle again.
It’s a little like closing time at your favorite café, but with a bigger heart. You'll be part of a small but mighty crew that makes sure our pantry stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Tasks include:

Sweeping and mopping

Disposing of trash

Wiping down shelves and tables

Storing any leftover perishable items properly
Requirements:

Be able to do some light lifting
-
Volunteers who can stay a little later are a great fit for this role!
