As a Shopping Assistant in our choice pantry, you play one of the most important roles in creating a welcoming and respectful experience for our neighbors.
You’ll be stationed throughout the pantry or distribution area to guide neighbors as they shop, making sure they feel supported and respected every step of the way.
Your responsibilities include:

Helping neighbors understand and honor limits on certain items

Gently encouraging a steady flow of movement through the pantry

Monitoring shelves, tables, and refrigerators and restocking as needed

Using First Expired, First Out (FEFO) practices

Following all food safety guidelines
